Dr. Kelly Stevens, PT, DPT earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
Kelly discovered her passion for pelvic health during a clinical rotation and has since completed extensive training through Herman & Wallace, allowing her to treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions. Her own history of running- and soccer-related injuries inspired her path into physical therapy and continues to shape her empathetic, patient-centered approach.
Kelly’s treatment style is holistic and movement-based, often incorporating Pilates- and yoga-inspired principles. She enjoys “playing detective” to uncover the root cause of symptoms and create individualized care plans, while collaborating closely with physicians, mental health providers, dietitians, and other physical therapists to support comprehensive care.
Outside of the clinic, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their dog, Tuna. A Chicagoland native and one of four sisters, she loves reformer Pilates and getting lost in a good fantasy romance novel.
